Product Warranty
E-shop Items covered by a warranty of 5 years from purchasing date on body leakage and 1 year of other parts. During this period, parts with construction defects in material or workmanship will be replaced free of charge.

Currently for retail, we don’t offer international shipping, but if you really want to buy the items that we don’t sell online, you can contact us, if we happen to have stock, we will offer you the costs and the shipping freight accordingly.

- The refund would be processed after the item is received by our warehouse staff, which is confirmed to be in good condition
- It would be at the buyer’s own cost to return the unwanted item. We will also deduct the cost for shipping the item to you.
– The refund will be done through Paypal within 3 working days after we receive the item and it will be transferred to the original account only.
